AVOID AT ALL COSTS Lets start with the fact that I dropped my 99 4runner off on a Wednesday (6/3) and told them exactly what needed to be done(rear axle seals and bearings along with rear drum brakes) because i knew what needed done cause i had decided i couldnt do it myself in my garage in a timely manner. I asked them if they could get it done by Saturday and they told me they could. They spent the first day and a half doing a multi point inspection i didnt ask for then came Thursday afternoon and i have to pay for the parts ahead of time that didnt end up coming till tuesday the following week because they failed to make sure that the parts company confirmed the order on friday or whatever day they finally got the parts ordered. I had to call everyday the next week to see when parts were gonna be there and when my vehicle was ultimately gonna be finished. I ended up having to got to autozone to get the last parts they need and they didnt even start tearing my car apart till Wednesday if i had to guess and supposedly they use this system that tells them how to do the job and they still didnt know that they needed a special tool to remove the bearings on my axle shafts that didnt

Great experince! We were in a pinch. Our Mercedes GL 350 Bluetec's Water Pump went out in the the middle of nowhere. We were fortunate enough to get a tow late afternoon Saturday. We were stuck in town for 3 days before we could start our way back to Colorado. Brandon and his team got things diagnosed and parts ordered for ASAP delivery. Ash was able to get the parts installed the same day they came in. We were back on the road and made it safely back home. Can't thank this team enough for the fast quality work that saved the day!

Almost two years ago now I lucked into a low-mileage 2014 Lexus CT200h. I figured I could always take it to the dealership for maintenance work if I wanted to be bent over a barrel, but the idea did not appeal to me in the slightest. So I found Brandon’s Auto Repair Shop here in Lubbock. They came with good reviews. They did a great job making sure my new-to-me car was good to go. My Lexus CT runs great. It is the nicest car I have ever owned. Recently it exhibited a few signs that the 12V battery was starting to slip. As best I can tell it was the original 12V battery, so I started doing research. I found the right battery through Costco at costco.com (if you are in need of a 12V battery you should look there for the Interstate batteries they sell). Now Costco does not handle battery installation these days, so I took my car back to Brandon’s to get the battery replaced. I scheduled the service with then ahead of time and I was in and out in less than an hour. And as my 2014 CT is past due timewise for some maintenance I asked for a quote. For engine coolant, hybrid inverter coolant, brake flush, and front and rear brakes the quote came back at less than $1700. That is for piece o

Brandon's Auto Repair had my truck for THREE years, that's right three years. After spending over $8,000 dollars on the engine which was mid-diagnosed the first time, they finally got it back to me. This last problem lasted 8 months, as they got my approval to fix the 'new' problem in November of 2024. Upon picking it up, I drove it 78 miles and got stranded in Lamesa. 78 miles and now have to tow it back to this shop. Terrible, terrible!!!!! Needless to say, worst experience ever.

I got my new (to me) 2014 Lexus CT200h this past March. It had come time for the regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, overall checkup). I needed more than just a quick oil change this time (and there are some good places for that in Lubbock too). I have a road trip coming up and needed to make sure everything was in good working order. Brandon’s took good care of my car, reset the maintenance reminder message, and reached out to me on the phone every time a question arose (cabin air filter, where did I hide my special lug-nut-lock). Everyone I encountered in the shop was courteous and professional. Also, right now they are collecting toys for Toys for Tots. I have been in Lubbock almost a decade now and had trouble in the past finding participants for that program.
